CENTRAL HEATING - This is full oil-fired central heating and each radiator is individually thermostatically controlled. Heating and electricity included in price. No meters or storage heaters. LINEN - All linen, bath and hand towels provided and beds are made up for the arrival of guests. PATIO GARDEN AND LAWNED GARDEN - The cottage has its own large attractive fenced and gated patio garden with shrubs, pots, wooden garden furniture, parasol and BBQ. Guests also have the shared use (with Barley Cottage) of a large lawned and walled-in garden which is especially useful for childrens' play. SWIMMING POOL - Shared use of owners' outdoor heated swimming pool between 10 a.m and 4 p.m., Monday - Saturday. This is in a lovely walled in setting with a lawned area for relaxing. This area is gated for extra safety but parents must be with children at all times when using the pool or pool garden.
