*Cost per week - price on application Maximum occupancy for cottage is 4 people plus a baby or small child requiring the z-bed. *Bookings and cancellation must be in writing. *On Booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is payable. *For bookings that include children between the ages of 1-8 years. An additional cleaning/breakages deposit of £100 is required. This will be returned after your visit minus any extra cleaning, redecoration, repairs or breakages.* *The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival date. If booking is made 8 weeks or less before the date of arrival, full payment is required. *The weekly price is inclusive of electricity, central heating and provision of linen, bath and hand-towels. Guests must bring their own beach and swimming towels. *The swimming pool is only for the use of persons on the booking form and residing at the cottage. Regret guests are not permitted to use the pool or pool garden at any time. * Cot linen is not provided and the cot is charged at £20 for the duration of your stay. *There is an additional surcharge of £15 for the twin bed option in the master bedroom, to cover the extra laundry costs incurred. *The Z-bed is charged at £50 per week or £15 per night. *SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE COTTAGE *NO PETS ALLOWED * Any breakages or damage to the property must be reported to the owners as soon as possible so that replacements can be purchased. These will have to be paid for accordingly. * The furniture, fittings and effects in or around the property must be left in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning of the let. *From time to time access may be required, at reasonable times, by the owners for maintenance or viewing. *Bookings may be telephoned up to 9.00 p.m., but must be confirmed with booking form and deposit within 3 days. * Rental period commences at 4.00 p.m. on arrival day and property must be vacated by 10.00. a.m. latest, on day of departure. *Receipt of the deposit and balance will be confirmed by the owners. *In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, but the balance paid will be refunded if we have been able to relet the property. We do strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.
